well on 29 dec had our ncc train a preview on how 2009 training will be like basically ,it is hell,perhaps too long nv pt,do the mass pt the next day every where pain,50 push up nia also pain,last time dun have,lols.then that trainig funny sia,part a i mean b only got 4 ppl come.lols the rest pds or nv come.then lian jie took me and brian and we go refresh the drill then all forget do until very funny make every one laugh.then the pt nice as in do alot but side effect sux,still the result should bo good.then 3pm plus we go home le.
